Shipping & returns
You can easily purchase products on 123horses.com (123paarden.nl). Insert the desired items in your cart, pay your order as a guest or create an account. We will ship your order by parcel. In the most cases, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow your order. Your order will be processed on the same business day in 99% of the cases if ordered before 2pm. Orders after 2pm may take a day longer to be delivered. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, on Saturday and on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

✪ Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia: € 29.95 shipping cost per order up to € 850. Free shipping for your order over € 850.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order without giving any reason. You have 14 more days after cancelling your order to send your product(s) back. You will then be credited with the order amount. Only the shipping costs for the return from your home to the webshop are at your own cost. If you use your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all accessories and in its original condition and packaging to the webshop. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registration of your return if the product has been received in good state.
Exception of returns
We remind you that the product is excluded for the right of withdrawal if the warranty seal and/or the seal is broken after delivery (Article 10, paragraph 8 of our general terms and conditions).
