✪ Prequine Brass has been developed to supplement the levels of copper, zinc and vitamin C in feed for mares in the last 3 months of gestation
✪ Copper, zinc and vitamin C pass through the placenta and are important for normal development of the joint cartilage in the unborn foal
✪ After the birth the foal is largely dependent on the copper and zinc contents in supplementary feed because of the very small excretion in the milk
✪ Prequine Brass is therefore also recommended as a supplement to the diet of foals up to an age of about 5 months
